1-10 ounce purchased fully baked pizza crust
4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature.
1/4 cup minced red onion
2tsp. lemon zest
one tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1-2 Tbsp.prepared horseradish
4-6oz. thinly sliced smoked salmon
1 Tbsp.capers,drained

Preheat oven to 450. Please pizza crust on baking sheet. Make until crisp edges, about 6 minutes. Transfer crust to a rack, cool until lukewarm.

Blend cream cheese with onion, lemon zest, and horseradish. Spread topping over crust, leaving 1 inch border. Top with salmon, dill, and capers.
