1 can (4oz) whole California green chiles
1/3 lb jack cheese
4 eggs
1/3 c milk
1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 c sharp cheddar cheese shredded
1can marinara sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Remove seeds & pits from chiles/ Cut jack cheese in large chunks & tuck inside chiles. Butter 1 1/2 qt casserole & arrange chiles side by side in the bottom. Beat eggs until thick & foamy. Add flour, baking powder - beat until smooth. Pour egg batter over chiles. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese cheese. Bake at 375 º 30 min. Heat marinara sauce to simmer. Serve in small side dish
