3eggs
1 1/2 c sugar
3/4 c oil
3 tsp vanilla
3 c grated zucchini (unpeeled)
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1tsp salt
3 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c raisins
1 c chopped nuts.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla - beat until smooth. Add zucchini and stir to combine. Combine all dry ingredients, raisins, nuts and stir into zucchini mixture. Bake in tube pan or 9x13 pan at 325 º for 50 minutes.
ICING: Melt 1/2 c butter,1c brown sugar and 1/4 tsp salt over low heat, stirring constantly. Add 1/4 cup milk, bring to a boil. Cool slightly and add 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla.
