3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp water
1 can (15 oz.) cream of coconut
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
6 eggs lightly beaten
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F. In heavy saucepan over low heat, combine sugar and water; swirl as sugar melts.2. Increase heat to medium, continue cooking until sugar turns an amber color.3. Swirl to coat bottom. 4. Whisk together cream of coconut ,condensed and evaporated milk, eggs and vanilla. 5. Place them in large roasting pan, fill pan halfway with hot water. 6. Bake 20-25 min. Or until set in center. Cool to room temperature, cover with plastic and refrigerate until cool before serving.
