4-6 shredded potatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
2 cups cheese (your favorite kind)
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp dried onion (optional)
1/2 cup crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Stir together soup, sour cream, cheese and butter.
Add potatoes and mix well.
Spread in pan and sprinkle with cheese.
Toss cornflakes in 1 tsp melted butter and sprinkle on top.

Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly
