1 C Maple syrup
3 T orange juice
2 T butter
1 t soy sauce
1/4 t salt
6 4-5 oz salmon fillets

Make sure your grill is CLEAN and spray with Pam before turning on. Preheat grill to 400-500.

In a small saucepan, bring syrup to a boil until reduced to about 2/3 cup (about 5-6 minutes). Stir in orange juice, butter, and soy sauce; remove from heat.

Sprinkle fillets with salt. Brush with half of maple mixture. Grill with grill lid closed over high heat, basting occasionally with maple mixture, 4-5 minutes on each side.

Sugary syrup will stick, so turn fish just once. Always be careful not to overcook fish! Borrowed this one from Paula Deen. It's yummy!
