1 1/2 c. frozen unsweetened, tart cherries, chopped
1/4 c. finely chopped red onion
1 tbsp. chopped jalapeņo, or to taste
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw cherries. Combine all ingredients in a med saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Cool. Enjoy with tortilla chips or meat. Discovered on a trip to Door County. YUM!
