1 pkg (8oz) medium egg noodles
1 stick butter Softened
1/2 C sugar
1 C Cottage cheese
2 C sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp Vanilla extract
5 large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º . Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish. Cook noodles as directed on package. Meanwhile, in a large bowl with electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until blended. Mix in cottage cheese, sour cream, salt and Vanilla. Mix in eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Drain noodles and stir into batter. Pour into prepared baking dish, smoothing the top. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares.

This dish goes great with a Brisket dinner and a green veggie, slightly sweet with a creamy texture. Jewish families eat this dish a few times a year for special occasions.
