1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 t. sugar
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
2 t. olive oil
2/3 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together dry ingredients. Add liquid ingredients and stir with a fork until a soft dough forms.
2. On a clean, lightly floured board, knead the dough 10 times. Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape, 1/2 inch thick. Cut into strips with a pastry wheel or knife. Roll or twist into sticks. Arrange on a baking sheet.
3. Brush with 2 Tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle with seasoning salt or sesame seeds.
4. Spray baking sheet with cooking oil.
5. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm
