Single crust pie pastry, baked

1/4 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup refried beans
1/2 can green chilies, diced
1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped olives
4 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350. Fry meat and finely chopped onion together; drain fat. Add taco seasoning mix. Layer in baked pie crust; refried beans, diced green chilies, meat and onion mixture, cheeses, and chopped olives. Beat eggs and pour over top. Bake 30 minutes at 350ºF. Serve with sour cream (optional)
