1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ancho chili powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp gumbo file

Mix all together and rub on any pork chop or loin prior to cooking and add vinegar while cooking. You can also add any finishing sauce you would like. Preferably something vinegar based
