1 aseptic box soft tofu
1/2 c. veg. oil
2 c. sugar (divided)
1/3 c. cocoa
1 T. vanilla
1 T. water
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In blender container, blend tofu and oil. Pour into med. mixing bowl. Add 1 1/2 c. sugar, cocoa, vanilla and water. Stir well. In a separate bowl, stir flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually, stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Mix well; the dough should be fairly stiff. Roll the dough into balls 11/2 in. in diameter. Roll balls in remaining 1/2 c. sugar until tops are well coated. Place on lightly greased baking sheet 1 in. apart. Bake at 350º F. for 12-15 mins. Cool on wire rack.
