1 package of caramels
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 German Chocolate cake mix
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix caramel and 1/3 cups of evaporated milk to make caramel mixture- set aside. Mix powder bake mix, butter, 1/3 cup evaporated milk and oatmeal together to make a crumbly mixture and put 1/2 of mixture in a 9x13 pan greased pan. Press mixture down with a fork and then bake at 350º for 6 minutes. Pour caramel mixture over the baked layer. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the caramel layer. Top with the last 1/2 of the crumbly cake mixture. Bake at 350º for 15 to 18 minutes. Cool.
