Ingredients:  
1 envelope regular vegetable or onion soup mix
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon dried dillweed
1 beaten egg
1 pound lean ground venison (lean beef is OK to use)
1/2 cup finely shredded carrot
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup quick-cooking oats
Salsa or ketchup for topping

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl stir together soup mix, yogurt, dillweed, and beaten egg. Stir in ground meat, carrot, celery, onion and oats till well mixed.
Place mixture in a large loaf pan.
Brush loaf with Salsa or ketchup.
Bake at 350 uncovered for one hour.
