1 9" pie crust, baked
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks (reserve whites for meringue)
1 c. raisins
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream, sugar, eggs, yolks, raisins, vanilla, cinnamon and salt in sauce pan. Stir over medium heat, cook until thickened. Pour into baked crust. Make meringue of egg whites, 1/4 c sugar, dash of salt, and 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar. Beat until stiff peaks form. Spread over pie, bake at 375º until tips of meringue are golden brown.
