Ingredients:  
1 pound ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
6-7 large potatoes
7-8 carrots
1 can of cream of chicken soup
2 T milk

Directions:
Directions:
Spray casserole dish with small amount of Pam.
Brown ground beef and onion. Slice potatoes and carrots into casserole dish, then add cream of chicken soup mixed with milk.

Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour or until potatoes and carrots are done.

May need to add more cream of chicken soup depending on how many carrots and potatoes that were used.
