6-8 slice white bread
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. onion chopped
2-3 T. chopped celery
1 T. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1 c. American cheese or sliced cheese
1 egg beaten with fork
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1/8 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Toast bread and butter both sides, put one layer in a 9x9" pan. Brown meat, add onion, celery ,mustard and salt, cook till onion is tender. Meat is the second layer, then cheese topped with toast. Mix remaining ingredients: pour over layers in pan, sprinkle with paprika. Bake 30-35 minutes.
