Old fashioned regular smoked ham
Crushed pineapple

Have the meat market cut an old-fashioned regular smoked ham with bone in it into 2” roasts. Cut off excess fat. Place ham roasts into roasting pan with crushed pineapple or some pineapple juice. Bake the ham roast(s) in a slow crock pot all day or at 275° to 300° F oven for 2-3 hours. Take a couple of forks and shred the ham. Keep warm or reheat in some of the juices.

Seasoned butter: Add some mustard, dried minced onion and poppy seed to real butter.

Spread on buns and add the warm shredded ham.
