yellow squash
zucchini squash
red pepper
mushrooms (optional)
carrots
feta cheese
olives
Kraft Greek Vinaigrette dressing
McCormick Greek Seasoning
Ciabatta bread

Directions:
Directions:
Slice squash and carrots into coin shapes. Slice pepper into strips. Slice fresh mushrooms or buy them sliced. Stir fry vegetables in olive oil. I add the mushrooms after the other veggies are cooked as it doesn't take long to cook the mushrooms. Add salt and pepper to taste. I add a lot of Greek seasoning.

Slice Ciabatta bread and drizzle with olive oil and broil till lightly brown. Place the bread on individual plates. These are open face sandwiches so now add the stir fried veggies on top of the bread. Add feta cheese, green olives and Kraft Greek Vinaigrette dressing.
