2 eggs
4 cups sliced apples
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tsp cinnamon
2 c. flour
1 cup nuts (optional)
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp soda

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly and put over sliced apples. Add sugar, oil and cinnamon. Mix with fork. Add nuts, flour,soda and salt. Mix well.

Bake at 350º for 55 minutes.

Frost with brown sugar frosting. Melt 1/2 cup butter then add 1 cup brown sugar. Boil 2 minutes over low heat stirring all the time. Add 1/4 c. milk, boil again, then take off heat. Cool. Add 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar and beat till thick.
