Ingredients:
3 lbs Ground Beef (no less than 2 lbs)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

1/2 c. chopped onion
1 sm.- med. head cabbage (chopped fine)
2 cans tomato soup or 1 lg. can
3 tbsp. brown sugar (optional)

1 stalk chopped celery (optional)
1 med. green pepper, diced (optional)

Directions:
Brown Hamburger w/ spices.
Mix all ingredients in crock pot.
Cook in crock @ least 4 hours.

Personal Notes:
This recipe comes from the potluck meal held before the Draft Horse Show at the McLeod Co. Fair. A little bit unusual but very tasty.
