1 (5-oz.) package lemon instant pudding
6 c. (combined) fresh, sliced fruits
1 (16-oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (8 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, undrained
1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
Chopped nuts
1 large container Cool Whip
2 bananas
Directions:

Pour dry pudding mix into a large bowl. Add fruits (such as peaches, strawberries, grapes, apricots, cantaloupe, melon), pineapple, oranges, marshmallows, nuts, and Cool Whip, reserving a portion of the Cool Whip for garnish. Cover and chill salad overnight.
Just before serving, peel and cut bananas into bite-size pieces, and fold into pudding mixture. Top with dollops of reserved Cool Whip.
