1 pint oysters
1 can artichoke hearts - quartered
1 can cream of mushroom soup - undiluted
1 bay leaf

1 large onion chopped
4 green onions chopped
2 cloves garlic - pressed
2 T parsley chopped
2 T. butter


Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, green onion, garlic and parsley in 2 T butter until all ingredients transparent, add artichoke hearts and cook a few minutes. Add oysters, oyster water, mushroom soup and bay leaf. Simmer on low for 20 minutes (till oysters curl)
