6 med potatoes
6 slices bacon
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with jackets on. Peel and slice, cut bacon in small pieces and fry until crisp. Saute finely chopped onion in bacon grease. Mix together vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Bring to a boil then add onion and bacon. Pour over potatoes and mix well
