1 lb. boneless pork chops, salt & pepper to taste
2 T. butter
1/4 c. green onions, minced
1 T. mustard
1 14 1/2 oz. (or close) chicken broth
2 T. maple syrup
2 T. balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place 1 piece of pork on a flat surface, place a piece of plastic wrap over, pound to flatten. Repeat until all pieces are flattened. Salt & pepper both sides of meat.
2. Heat butter in pan at medium heat. Add pork and cook 4-5 min. both sides. Remove pork from pan and cover.
3. Add onion to drippings in pan. Saute for 2 minutes. Add mustard and broth. Cook at medium heat until liquid is reduced by half.
4. Add maple syrup and balsamic vinegar. Return meat to pan to re-heat.
