32 oz. canned, diced tomatoes
9 oz. chicken broth, undiluted
1 oz. real butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. chopped onion (I use 1 onion)
pinch of baking soda
2 c. real cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except cream. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 hour or until onion is tender, then add cream and heat. Serve with garlic toast. I cut day old bread into cubes, spread with garlic butter, and broil until brown on both sides. Delicious!
