5 deboned chicken breasts
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup wine
1/2 stick of butter
1 box Uncle Bens wild grain rice
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can sliced water chestnuts
parmesan cheese
diced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Blend and warm the soups, milk, wine, butter, and seasonal packet from wild rice. Line greased 9 x 13 baking dish with rice. (add 1/4 cup more if needed)
Pour 1/2 soup mixture over rice. Arrange chicken over the soup mixture. Add mushrooms, water chestnuts, and rest of the soup mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan and almonds. Cover with foil. Bake at 275º for TWO hours. Do not peek!
