Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef; 1/2 C chopped onion; 1 - 8 oz can tomato sauce; 1 - 6 oz can tomato paste; 1/4 C water; 1 T dried parsley; 2 t Italian seasoning; 1 t beef soup base; 1/4 t garlic powder; 1 - 8 oz cream cheese; 1 C cottage cheese; 1/4 C sour cream; 2 eggs - beaten; 16 oz lasagna noodles; 4 oz sliced pepperoni; 8 oz shredded mozzarella; 1/2 C grated parmesan; green pepper rings; red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion in heavy skillet until meat is browned, drain. Stir in tomato sauce and next 6 ingredients, cook over low heat at least 10 minutes. Combine in small bowl, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream and eggs, stir well. Grease a large casserole dish and spoon a couple spoons of meat sauce into pan and spread around, it won't cover the whole bottom it just helps keep the noodles from sticking, now layer some noodles overlapping a little to cover bottom, add layer of cream cheese mixture, layer of pepperoni, layer of meat sauce, layer of mozzarella, repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Pour enough liquid, wine, to almost cover all ingredients. Sprinkle with parmesan. Cover pan with foil and bake @ 400 for 45 min to an hour, when you can stick a fork through the pasta it's done. Remove from oven, uncover and add a few green pepper rings to top and let sit for 10 minutes. The green pepper will be warm but crunchy.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I don't precook my noodles which is why I add the wine and cook it longer. I have not used the noodles you don't have to precook. If you want to precook your noodles you wouldn't add the wine at the end and you would bake it at 350 for 30 minutes. This is awesome! I love noodles so I try to use the whole box if not part of another one. I also will add more cheese, more cream cheese, maybe some cheddar, more mozzarella, I love cheese too.
