1 9 inch deep dish pie crust homemade or purchased
2 Tablespoons flour
2 cups meat, cut in cubes (sausage, ham, chicken or bacon) optional*
1 cup milk
3 eggs well beaten
1 cup grated chedder cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pastry shell as directed. In a bowl stir together, eggs, milk, salt and pepper. In separate bowl toss together cheese and flour. Add egg mixture and mix well. Pour into hot pie shell and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until knife comes out clean. if necessary cover edge of crust to prevent over browning.
* Variation, Instead of meat add 1 or 2 cans of green chills drained. plus 1/4 cup chopped green onion with egg mixture.
