1 c. packed brown sugar
2 T. dry mustard
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
1 lb. bacon (regular, not thick)

Oven 350º
Lay out bacon, side by side, on a piece of waxed paper. Mix all dry ingredients together. Sprinkle and press dry mixture onto both sides of bacon. Twist each spiced bacon piece several times then place on a rack which is placed over a foil lined cookie sheet (the cookie sheet catches the oil, the foil saves your cookie sheet!). Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked to your preference.
