2 c Hot Water
4 c All Bran Cereal
2 c Bran Flakes Cereal
1 qt Buttermilk
4 Eggs
3 c Sugar
1 c Vegetable Oil
5 c Flour
5 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pour hot water over cereals in a large bowl. Stir in buttermilk, eggs, sugar, oil, flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Bake for 20 minutes at 400º or make one at a time in a coffee cup. Fill cup half full with batter, and microwave for 1-2 minutes. Keep unused batter in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
