3 pounds pork roast or tenderloin
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon sage
1 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1 bay leaf
2 fresh leaves basil
3 T.Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 apple, cored, and cut into quarters
salt and pepper

Directions:

Place roast in crock-pot. Cover just to top with water.
Add thyme, sage, rosemary, bay leaf, basil, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder,and apple. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
