1 (10 count) pkg. refrigerated biscuits (baking powder)
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chili beans
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can Manwich + 1 pkg. Taco seasoning
1/4 c. water
Topping:
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Roll or pat each biscuit to a 3 1/2 to 4 inch circle. Fit over backs of well-greased muffin pans. Bake in a 400 degree oven 8-9 minutes.
Remove biscuits from pan.
Brown meat; drain off fat.
Stir in beans, sauce and water; heat to boiling.
Fill biscuit cups with sauce. Top with cheese, lettuce and tomato.

Makes about 10.

Kids love these. I used to make them for team dinners.
There used to be a Mexican Manwich which I no longer see, so adding the taco seasoning to regular Manwich gives the same results.
