1 medium-to-large London broil or similar cut of meat suitable for crockpot cooking

1 pkg. onion soup mix

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup water

cut-up potatoes, carrots, celery, and/or other vegetables of your choice

Put ingredients in the crockpot in morning and set to medium. When you get home you will have a tasty meal!
