4 eggs, slightly beaten
8 oz butter, melted
2 cups granulated sugar
½ cup flour, sifted [or just stir it with a fork]
½ cocoa, sifted [I don’t sift]
2 tsp vanilla [or 1 tsp vanilla & 1 tsp peppermint]
unbaked 9" pie shell (regular or graham cracker)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together well and pour into pie shell

Bake at 350 for about 50-60 mins until firm but not overcooked

Serve with whipped cream
