1/3 c. chopped green onions
3 tbsp. butter
1- 9oz. package frozen cut green beans
1- 4oz. can mushroom stems & pieces
1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
In a saucepan, saute onions in butter until tender. Add beans, mushrooms, lemon-pepper & salt. Cover & cook over medium heat until beans are tender. Sprinkle with cheese; cover & let stand until cheese is melted.
