Ingredients:
1 1/2 rice
1 c onion
1/2 c bell pepper
1/2 c green onion & tops
1/4 c celery (optional)
1/2 stick of real butter
1 lb shrimp
1 can mushroom (drained0
1 can beef broth (do not add any more liquid)

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a thick bottom pot and cook till done, check after 30 minutes.

If you have rice cooker that will work also.
