2c. boiling water
cool whip
box of white cake mix
2pkg.of strawberry jell-o
Directions:
Directions:
1. place 2 baked 9" round cake layers, top side up, each in clean 9" round cake pan. pierce cake with large fork at half" intervals wiggling slightly to make holes.

2. Stir boiling water into 2pkg. jell-o in medium bowl at least 2mins. until completely dissolved. Carefully pour gelatin evenly over cake layers. Refrigerate 3hours.

3. Dip one of the cake pans in warm water 10secs; unmold onto serving plate. spred with whipped topping. unmold second cake lyer; carefully place on first cake layer. frost top and sides of cake with the rest of the whipped topping. refrigerate for 1hour.
