1 small onion chopped
1 C mayo
1/4 tsp curry powder
1 C Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 can (2.25 oz) chopped or sliced black olives
6 English muffins split
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Spread on English muffin halfs. Freeze. Keep frozen until you need them. While frozen, quarter the muffin, Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until brown.
