1 pound loaf of bread, or any whole round loaf
1 C mayo
1 C sour cream
1 small jar of Dried beef
dash of garlic powder
1 T chopped onion
1 T dried parsley
1/2 tsp Beau Monde...in the spice section of your grocery store. Usually in a jar.

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and dry the slices of beef to remove excess salt. Chop the beef finely, mix with all other ingredients. Let it chill overnight or all day. Hollow the loaf of bread, cut the bread you removed into bites size pieces for dipping. Fill the hole with the beef mixture.
