10 slices bread of any kind (French bread, donuts, hamburger/hot dog buns)
1 stick butter
5/6 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup sugar
pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9x13 Pyrex dish lightly spray, makes dish easy to clean, break bread in small pieces, this should fill dish with bread. Set aside.
In blender put butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt, both cans of milk, blend for a few minutes. Pour over bread, let set till bread is moist.
AT THIS TIME you may add cinnamon, fresh fruit, canned fruit, raisins, (drain fruit add liquid to milk) anything you think will add to this dish.

Bake @ 350 º for 45 to 60 minutes
