2 c. self rising corn meal
1/4 c. self rising flour
1 1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. crisco

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Mix first four ingredients. In an iron skillet heat the crisco over med - med high heat. Sprinkle about 1 tbsp. of cornmeal in the hot crisco then pour batter mixture into hot skillet. Place iron skillet in oven and bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
