1/3 cup Jack Daniels Whisky
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup water
1 tbls worchester sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp fresh garlic (garlic powder may be used)

Mix all ingredients together, put in a zip lock bag with meat of your choice for at least 1/2 hour.
