3 cans (13 oz) Drained Member’s Mark Chicken Breast (I used rotisserie chicken & deboned)
1 ½ cups Dried Cranberries
1 cup Mayonnaise or Yogurt (I used half mayo & half plain yogurt)
1 cup Chopped Celery
1 cup Chopped Pecans or Walnuts
½ cup Minced Green Bell Pepper
2 Sliced Green Onions
1 tsp Paprika (I skipped this since I wasn’t making it for the holidays)
Ground Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, shred the drained chicken.
Add and mix the mayonnaise or yogurt, paprika, cranberries, celery, bell pepper, onion, and nuts.
Add ground black pepper to taste.
Serve as a sandwich or with crackers
