1 1/2 pound fish fillet
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese.
1 tsp oregano ( I use a handful of fresh--much better)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º
Season fish on both sides with salt and pepper. Place in greased baking dish. Spread tomato sauce over fish. Sprinkle with oregano and cheeses.
Cover and bake 20 minutes --until fish flakes easily.

I add fresh basil in this. When we have fresh tomatoes from the garden, I slice and place over the fish. This is a recipe you can play around with and it is still good.
