2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
1 lb fresh broccoli, trimmed and cut into florets
2 sweet red belle peppers, sliced in strips
2 tbsp oyster sauce or hoisin sauce
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp white sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Prepare a roasting pan by coating lightly with oil. Place all vegetables in the roasting pan. Mix the oyster or hoisin sauce, maple syrup and sesame oil in a small bowl. Pour over the vegetables and toss gently to coat.

Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Watching carefully not to burn! Remove the roasting pan from the oven and turn the vegetables over. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
