1 cup sugar
1 cup pancake syrup (we like buttery flavor)
¼ cup water
2 heaping tablespoons of peanut butter (or a little more if you like)
1 cup popcorn kernels (popped) OR 32 cups of microwave popcorn
8 qt. PLASTIC bowl to stir together

We use a popcorn popper (Stir Crazy) to make this but you can use microwave popcorn if you choose, either way you need 32 cups of popcorn (3 bags). Place popped popcorn in your 8 qt PLASTIC bowl.

In a large saucepan, add sugar, pancake syrup, water, and peanut butter.

Stir over high heat CONSTANTLY for about 6-7 minutes until Carmel is bubbly and starts to fall of the sides of pot.

Once Carmel is done pour over top of popcorn and mix well…. Eat and enjoy!
