2 pkgs (10 oz) frozen strawberries, thawed
2 cups boiling water
2 (3 oz. ) Strawberry Jello
2 cups Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Drain strawberries and save the juice. Pour boiling water over jello and stir until dissolved, 2 minutes. Add cold water to juice to make 1 cup. Then stir into jello. Chill until almost set. Beat Jello until foamy and fold in Cool Whip and pour into dish and chill until firm

Remember to save the strawberry juice to add with water to make 1 cup. Dollop 1 tablespoon of Cool Whip and put a strawberry in the dollop for presentation.
