3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
4 T. butter or 1/4 c. oil (canola, peanut, or corn)
1 c. milk

Directions:
Write this recipe in large print and place on inside cupboard door so you can read it early in the morning! Mix dry ingred. and then crumble in the butter. Add milk. Stir. Knead in bowl 10 times to blend. Place on floured surface. Roll out and cut crisscross into squares or use silly round biscuit cutter. Bake at 425º for 15 mins. Serve warm with apple butter!
