1 Baking Chicken
1 c. mayo
1/2 - 3/4 c. sweet pickle relish - juice and all
1 small onion
Celery to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Bake chicken 1 1/2 hours at 350º. Remove from oven and let cool. Remove chicken from bone and cut/shred into bite sized pieces. Add mayo, sweet pickle relish, onion, celery, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
